Support Request: Publishing stuck on "preparing"

Description

Hello,

I've set up a SiteKiosk machine, and when trying to publish a campaign it gets stuck on "Preparing 0% (0/1)". The machine shows that it is online in SiteRemote, and has the black SiteKiosk screen running on the client. Generally once we've gotten the black SiteKiosk screen all we've had to do is publish a campaign, this one however will not publish. It's only a 3.5MB campaign, with a few pictures. I've tried creating new campaigns, new broadcasts, yet it stays at preparing every time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is odd, but I've just tried publishing to two other signs and they are also stuck at "preparing", I'm not usually the one who manages the signs(I'm the IT admin, the marketing rep usually publishes the campaigns), I will check in with that person to see if they are having this issue as well.

The other machines have published, the original one that has the issue is still "preparing".

Have you tried restarting the machine where SiteKiosk is running the signage? What is the last contact time on the machine's Overview page? To find this, select the machine from the tree view, then under the Monitoring tab go to the Overview submenu. What do you see on the Digital Signage Monitoring page? When you say the other machines have published, was the same campaign published to those machines? In the original post you mentioned the status is "Preparing 0% (0/1)" which indicates this campaign was published to 1 machine and it has completed on 0 of 1 machines. You might try send the campaign that was sent successful to the machine you are having issues with as a test.

We have tried sending it the same campaigns that are working on other machines, as well as creating new campaigns and broadcasts from scratch. I've tried restarting the computer running SiteKiosk multiple times.
