Support Request: can not register kiosk to siteremote

Description

i have the same problem as this person: http://www.sitekiosk.com/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=17360
and i have done a Complete uninstall, cleanup and reinstall.
SiteRemote Client start without error when i start it manually. but siteremote registration gives me the following error:
There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/SrcService/General/IClientRegistration that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

I have no idea anymore on how i can get it registered again in siteremote (using same pc name so it replaces the old one that was there before)

Hello,

This is a client issue and the only known reason for this error message is when the SiteRemote Client service is not running on the SiteKiosk computer.
Please check again if the SiteRemote Client service is running on your SiteKiosk Machine.
Login as Administrator and open the Windows Services Console (-->Start-->Run-->Services.msc).

When the SiteRemote Client service is running try again registering SiteKiosk to SiteRemote.

But maybe it even applies to any additional security tool (firewall) installed on that system?
Please check

General information:
If you use a team on www.siteremote.net the main communication (and also the communication to register the terminal) is via port 8086 (Windows clients).
This is even the default port when installing your own SiteRemote server but can be changed then (at the settings page of the SiteRemote Administration).
For further information about the used ports please see: http://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=461

The connection will always be initiated by the client.

In case it doesn’t help you may provide more information about the system via e-mail (support-europe(at)provisio.com).
1. Which operating system do you use?
2. Which Internet Explorer Version is installed?
3. Which other applications are installed (screenshot of the software menu)?
4. Which errors or warnings are given in the Windows Event log at the time you try to register the client to SiteRemote?
In case you use your own SiteRemote Server:
5. Which exact SiteRemote Server version do you use?
(You get this information at the main page of the SiteRemote administration)
