Support Request: Licence Update

Description

Hi - When the SiteRemote Licence Key is due to expire, and you have activated a new licence key in SiteRemote is there anything that needs to be pushed out to the clients to reflect this licence key update ?
If there is anything to be done, please advise.

When the SiteRemote Cloud license key expires, you will need to activate a new SiteRemote Cloud license key in order to keep the client machines in contact with the server. If the license is expired, the machines will not be able to connect. There is nothing additional that you need to do on the client machines where SiteKiosk is running. If the license has been expired for some time, it can take some time for the client machines to start connecting again. To force the client machine to connect to SiteRemote again, you can restart Windows. This would have to be done locally or by another means of remote access if the machine is currently not communicating with SiteRemote.
