Support Request: Registering SiteKisosk License

Hi,

We are currently having issues registering our Site Kiosk installations and i'm not sure why as both are valid. I have checked license information on our site kiosk machines through the site remote monitoring and pulled back the two licenses we purchased but neither of these will register new machines, the error message displayed in license expired but all other machines work ok? we have 11 licenses of which 9 are currently registered to machines.

Generally you can update for free to all versions that were published within 12 month after you purchased the license.

The error message states that the license isn't valid with the installed versionn of site kiosk.

I have triple checked license information and as i previously stated, these license are registered on existing machines just will not register a new one.

Hello,

You may compare which SiteKiosk version is installed on the machine where the license works.
The SiteKiosk version is displayed at the top of the SiteKiosk configuration tool.


As stated a purchased license is not valid for all future versions of SiteKiosk.
You can update for free to all versions that were published within 12 month after you purchased the license.

Otherwise please contact our sales to check for which version the license you entered is valid for.
