Support Request: SCCM 2012 Remote Control Tools

Description

When using SCCM 2012 R2 to remote control the kiosk machines I can only connect for roughly 20 seconds before it disconnects me and takes the machine to a ctrl+alt+del screen. We require that SCCM 2012 be used for the remote control solution, once the SiteKiosk application is closed the SCCM remote control works fine. MSTSC works without an issue however the user cannot see what we are doing (a requirement)

Are you running SiteKiosk for Terminal Services on a Windows Server or on a Windows Desktop? When you say the user at the local computer should see what you are doing via remote desktop are you trying to initiate a mstsc /console session? If so what is the OS of the machine you are working at and the OS of the machine you are logging in to. Please verify everything is working for you properly on the same two machine without SiteKiosk running.

Are the issues where you are automatically disconnected after 20 seconds and desktop user not able to see what you are doing via remote desktop separate issues?
